In short
- The free plan is free. The Family plan is $15.00 USD a month for the whole household, renews automatically, and you can cancel any time.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Write to hello@ezralearning.com if a charge was a mistake or you are unhappy in the first 14 days.
- One account is for one household. The lessons and printables are for your own children, not for resale or sharing.
- Ezra is not an accredited school. Check your state or province's homeschooling rules to see whether it is enough on its own or best used as a supplement.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Ezra Learning (“we”, “us”), the Christian homeschool curriculum at ezralearning.com, run from Canada. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the portal, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be an adult (a parent or guardian) to create an account. Children use Ezra under your account and your supervision.
What Ezra Learning is
Ezra Learning is a set of narrated lessons, hands-on practice, flash cards and printable books for Christian homeschooling families. It is a learning resource, not a school: it is not accredited and it is not approved by any government or education authority. Homeschooling rules differ by state and province, so please check yours to see whether Ezra is enough on its own or is best used as a supplement. You remain responsible for your child's education and for following the homeschooling laws where you live.
We work hard to make the content accurate, but we cannot promise any particular result for your child, and we may correct or change lessons and questions at any time.
Your account
- One account is for one household, with up to six children. Please do not share your sign-in with other families.
- Give us a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you think someone else has used your account, write to us and we will help you secure it.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to harm the site or other people, or to take what is not yours. We will tell you why when we can.
The free plan and the Family plan
Free plan. The free plan lets you use the parts of the curriculum marked as free (the first sections of every subject and grade, the flash cards and the free Copywork Books) at no charge, with no card needed.
Family plan. The Family plan opens every section, lesson and printable. It costs $15.00 USD per month for the whole household, not per child. This is a special introductory price. If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the new price starts.
Billing
Payments are handled by Stripe. The Family plan renews automatically every month on the same date, and your card is charged until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies, it is added at checkout. Your bank may convert the amount into your own currency and may charge a fee for that.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries your card again over the next few days and we keep your access open while it does. If the payment still does not go through, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan. You can subscribe again at any time.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, and there is no cancellation fee. Use the link in your Stripe receipt email to manage your subscription, or write to hello@ezralearning.com and we will cancel it for you. When you cancel, you keep the Family plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your children's progress stays in your account on the free plan.
Refunds
We do not refund a month that has already started, because the whole curriculum is open to you from the day you pay. But if you were charged by mistake, if something was broken and we could not fix it, or if you are simply not happy within the first 14 days, write to hello@ezralearning.com and we will make it right. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by this section.
Using the lessons and printables
The lessons, practice questions, pictures, recordings, books and printable sheets belong to Ezra Learning. With a free or Family account, you may use them for your own household's schooling, and you may print the printable materials for your own children as many times as you need.
Please do not sell, share, post or publish them; do not copy them in bulk (for example by scraping the site); and do not use them to teach other families or a co-op without asking us first. If you run a co-op or small school and would like to use Ezra, write to us and we will talk about it.
The Scripture in Ezra is quoted from the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain. That text is free to anyone; the way we use it in our lessons, questions and books is ours.
Fair use of the site
Please do not try to break into the site or into other people's accounts, overload it, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not use another person's payment details.
Your children's information
You decide what goes into your children's profiles. We ask only for a first name or nickname, a grade and an avatar, and we save their progress so that it follows your family from device to device. How we look after this information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service
The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available and fast, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions, and we may add, change or remove features and content. If we ever close Ezra Learning, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
Limits of what we are responsible for
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ezra Learning is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our actions, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection or privacy law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which Ezra Learning is based. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking, the courts of that province can decide it, except where the law of the place you live gives you the right to go to court there.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. For a significant change we will also tell account holders in the portal or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Ezra after a change, you accept the new terms. These terms took effect on October 16, 2026.
